The call is open.

Applications received before June 30th, 2021 will receive full consideration.

The evaluation of the applications will start in July 2021. Applications can be submitted and will be considered until the position is filled.

Interested applicants are requested to:

  • A current CV;

  • a brief Motivation Letter describing their ambitions and expectations for the role;

  • A statement on their views on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion;

  • The names and contacts of at least two potential referees (no recommendation letter is required at this stage).

The Search Committee

The LBTC Board has appointed a Search Committee that will review the application and select a short list of candidates for final selection by the Board.

Members of the Search Committee are:

The Search Committee strongly encourages all interested candidates to approach the Committee well ahead of the deadline to obtain more information about the Observatory and the Board expectations. In particular, extended presentations of the Observatory Instrumentation and of the Observatory Mission are available to interested qualified applicants.
